Polo Morales is a 57 year old husband, father, and grandfather who is facing a life-threatening challenge. A few years ago, Polo was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and recently, his condition worsened to the point where he was told that he needed a heart transplant.

Having worked for thirty-seven years, Polo’s plan was to continue working and retire at an old age.
