Seventeen years ago I was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (a very high grade tumor), and subsequently had chemotherapy and two hip replacements. The chemo damaged my heart and by 2002 I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. By 2004, I had four major episodes of congestive heart failure, one heart attack, and three stints. By the grace of God, I survived. On March 7, 2016 my defibrillator went off three times and I was life-flighted to Denver. While hospitalized, I was evaluated for a heart transplant and my doctors have now told me it is my best hope for survival.

I loved driving a truck and did so for many years. I have traveled all over the US until my heart problems forced me to retire and go on disability. I am hopeful that a transplant will give me my life back.

My name is Michael Minne. In 1999 I was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, very high grade tumor and I had chemotherapy and 2 hip replacements. The chemo damaged my heart and by 2002 I had my fort congestive heart failure. By 2004 I had 4 congestive heart failures, 1 heart attack and 3 stints. By the grace of God I survived. Now I am having more heart issues. I was life flighted to Denver and am being evaluated fro a heart transplant. Due to unforeseen circumstances we need all the help we can get. the expense related to a transplant is unreal. We have never asked for help before for anything but am asking for it now. We would greatly appreciate any help you can give me, so I can get the transplant that I desperately need. Thank You!!
