Charlie, has returned home after final stay at Rehab -during his stay there the physicians determined he had osteomyelitis in the joint below his little toe , therefore , his little toe was amputated along with the joint below it.
We are moving on though-we will continue to get stronger and pursue goals.
Anything, will help-- I am on a fixed income and receive disability from Social Security due to emphysema as diagnosed by Pulmatogist. Thanks, John (Dad)

Had surgery on the bone in his foot that was infected yesterday-placing wound vac today. He is currently at St. David's Rehab Hospital. There trying to decide whether to scrape bone further which would eliminate pic line and antibiotics for 6 weeks -decision has not been made yet about that. That's the latest Chapter #16-since the catastrophic injury.
