I have always been full of life, happy, and an outgoing person until I was struck down with a lung disease known as silicosis and I also was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. This disease has made my life very difficult to do simple daily activities due to feeling like I can’t breathe. I am a father of three children striving to do just simple activities with them. I am looking to raise money to help me pay for the initial medical fees of getting on the lung transplant list.
Getting on this lung transplant list is the initial step towards improving my quality of life. The next step would be getting a new lung. Then every day of feeling short of breath with every movement can be put in the past.
I’m writing to ask for your support in the initial medical fee, so I can get on the lung transplant list. Your donation will go towards medicines, procedures, lodging, travel, etc…
If you would like to speak further about my lung issue or what is needed to help me feel free to reach out to me at 304-721-3113 or email me Michaelwelch9517@Gmail.com. I’d love to answer any questions you have and give you more information.
Thank you in advance for your contribution. You have no idea how much it means to me to have your support.
Thank you again!
Sincerely,
Mick Welch
