Family and friends of Dan LaPlante are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.

Hey everyone this is a fundraiser to help me out a tad if you feel like helping awesome or just taking the time to read and share. Well I’m in need of a liver transplant ugh I know to my long nights with all you. And this is not a go fund me this all goes to medical expenses helping with co pays to getting my Phyllis registered as my support dog we all know how Much she means to me. Rides or physical therapy or massages on my legs rehabilitation to get back to my normal Dan . I know tuff times are ahead of me and this is just a drop of what I’m dealing with on day to day life. And I do see light at the end of this tunnel. And please ask questions if you have them cause this is an open book good bad at this point I have nothing to loose.
