Doyle Hines is a 61-year-old man who is very ill. His whole life was thrown into turmoil when he found out that he has liver cancer. His only hope for survival is a life-saving liver transplant.
Doyle grew up in California and attended El Rancho High School. He loved to play sports and excelled in Track and Football. Doyle moved to Oklahoma in 1986 where he found work in Hobart working on the pipeline. He met his loving wife Michelle in 2007 and they were married a year later. Doyle is currently the active Facility Manager at the Exodus House in Oklahoma City. Both Doyle and Michelle freely give of themselves and their time to serve their Church and their community. After many years of helping others, Doyle is now the one who needs your help.
As you can imagine a transplant is very costly. Even with insurance, there are many expenses that must be covered out of pocket. Some of these are co-pays, deductible and Doyle will be on a life-time of expensive anti-rejection medications. This is where your support is desperately needed.
To help with the financial burden of Doyle’s uninsured expenses, a fundraising campaign in his honor has been established with HelpHOPELive, a trusted nonprofit organization that has been providing community-based fundraising guidance to patients and their families for more than 30 years. All donations are tax-deductible, are held by HelpHOPELive in the South-Central Liver Transplant Fund, and are administered by HelpHOPELive for transplant-related expenses only. PLEASE consider an end of year tax-deductible contribution.
Please know that your contribution counts. On behalf of Doyle, Michelle and their family we thank you in advance for your kind consideration.
Gratefully,
Theresa Owens, family friend
