August 4, 2016...My situation regarding a kidney transplant has taken an undetermined path due to the possible complication of a cancerous tumor on my right kidney. My kidneys have deteriorated down to 10% kidney function. I go to Vanderbilt Hospital August 16, 2016 to find the outcome of cancer or not. Regardless of that outcome, it is necessary for dialysis to survive until it can be determined if I am eligible for a kidney transplant. I have insurance that pays 80% and my co-pay each dialysis treatment is 20%. It has been determined that each dialysis treatment is in excess of $2,000.00 every other day. This makes my co-pay $400.00 every other day.
I have a fundraising campaign established through HelpHOPELive. You may make tax-deductible donation by selecting the "Donate Now" button or:
Make checks payable to: HelpHOPELive
Note in memo section: In honor of Tim Cannon
Please send to: HelpHOPELive 2 Radnor Corporate Center 100 Matsonford Rd, Ste 100 Radnor, PA 19807

February 26, 2016....It has been two years in my search for a live kidney donation. Several family members have been tested but their health history did not meet the donation requirements. I am so blessed in the fact that they were willing to share the gift of life for me. God works in mysterious ways and I trust in his plan for my life. We have received many generous monetary donations.
Today I would like to request more people to be tested for a live kidney donation. After testing and evaluation by medical specialists, it has been determined that my best chance of survival is having a live kidney donor transplant versus a deceased kidney donor transplant. Testing required to enable me to be placed on the Deceased Donor List are medically impossible for me at this time.
If someone is interested in donating a kidney to me, you can learn more, submit your your information, and find out if you are a potential donor by:
. going to the Vanderbilt Kidney Transplant website, where you can submit your health information confidentially and apply online at www.VanderbiltTransplantCen...
. contacting the living donor coordinator at 615-936-0695 or 866-748-1491.
Thank you and God bless.
