July 21, 2016 after 5 months, 3 weeks (176 days) in the hospital, Susan is finally HOME!!! It will take a few days to get adjusted to the change. No more calling on the nurses to help out. It is great to see her breathing on her own with NO SUPPLEMENTAL OXYGEN. She's giving those new lungs a workout. Please continue to pray for Susan as she gets her strength back. She will be going to respiratory rehab almost every day for about one month and to clinic once a week for about a month.

Well, here we are almost five months post lung transplant surgery and Susan is still in the hospital. She has had so many ups and downs. It's like 2 steps forward, 1 step back. Still no time frame as to when we can bring her home. The doctor keeps saying the lungs look good but all these other issues keep popping up. Please keep Susan in your prayers
