Judy Stewart is only 56 years-old and is in desperate need of a lifesaving kidney transplant. Eight years ago, Judy was diagnosed with end-stage-renal-disease and she has been on dialysis treatments ever since. While dialysis is keeping Judy alive, these time consuming and exhausting treatments are only temporary. Without a kidney transplant in her near future, Judy’s life will continue to remain on hold and her precious time will soon run out.

Judy is one of the kindest people you would ever hope to meet. Judy grew up in Varnville, South Carolina and graduated from Wade Hampton High School. She attended the Atlanta College of Medical and Dental Assistance, where she studied to be a Medical Secretary. She later met her loving and supportive husband, Luther along the way. Judy is an Evangelist in her local church and has touched the lives of many while ministering to both young and old. With her strong faith and love for the Lord and her church, Judy would not hesitate to go out of her way to help those less fortunate. Now it is time to reach out and help Judy. She is ready to get back to a normal life of blessing lives through speaking God’s Word. With a kidney transplant, Judy will be given a new life with few limitations, free from dialysis, and the blessing of health. From the bottom of her heart and the depth of her soul, Judy needs your help!

Transplants are life-saving but financially draining. Even with health insurance, Judy is facing very high out-of-pocket expenses related to her transplant. Co-pays and deductibles, rehab fees, doctor’s appointment and living expenses continue to add up. While Judy is out of work, she is having difficulties making ends meet. She will soon be required to relocate for over a month to be closer to the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital. She will be responsible for post-transplant expenses, such as hotel accommodations, caregiver fees, travel and lodging. Most important, Judy will need lifelong post-transplant anti-rejection medications that could cost upwards of $5,000 per month. Judy needs your help and she cannot do it alone!
