Don Needs Our Help!

Donald V. Rathbun, Jr. is 53- years young and in need of a kidney transplant. He is living with stage five kidney disease and has been told that his only chance to return to good health is to have a kidney transplant. Don has completed all of his evaluations and is now on the active transplant waiting list Virginia Mason in Seattle as of June 21st. We are asking for your help to make it happen!

Before his diagnosis, Don worked as an IT supervisor installing computers in many hospitals across the United States. In 2014, Don and I moved back to Spokane, Washington from Arizona to spend time with our combined families, which include 10 grown children and 23 grandchildren. Don looks forward to the time post-transplant when he can once again enjoy his time with extended family and friends.

There are more than enough kidneys if only everyone registered to donate before taking it with theme. "By registering to become an organ donor, one person may save the lives of up to eight people. Anyone can indicate their desire to be a donor, regardless of age or medical history." http://www.organdonor.gov

God Bless you while you wait. Please know you're loved and your life is valuable.
