Mary Dodson contracted hepatitis C after the birth of her first daughter and lived with it for 21 years before being diagnosed. She then had a liver transplant and now from damage of the high doses of anti-rejection medication she is now in need of a Kidney transplant. She is healed from the Hepatitis C and am now asking family and friends to join us in fundraising for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to help with the expenses we will face while away from home due to transplant. Our out of pocket expenses include the cost of travelling and lodging near the transplant hospital. We are also needing help with cost of meals and other expenses that arise during the minimum of 2 weeks after surgery.
Thank you for your support and God Bless!
Family and friends of Mary Dodson are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
Mary has chosen to fundraise for Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for contributors. Contributors can be sure donations will be used to pay or reimburse medical and related expenses. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Give button.
