Keith will never forget July 2021 the day that a routine disc surgery led to the discovery of a tumor within his neck area. After weeks of many tests, anxiety, and a bone marrow biopsy Keith received the news that he had multiple myeloma, a cancer of the bone marrow.

Treatment for the first round was a grueling long haul of extensive courses of radiation and chemotherapy. During the physical, emotional, and mental strain of the cancer battle Keith continued to work, pray and perform his most cherished task of being a father to his two school aged sons.

Hello Keith Potter,

This is Ann Machen from TCC - Southeast Campus. I heard about your campaign through a Facebook friend who was also a former church colleague of mine back when we lived in Louisiana (Tonia Birdsong)
I pray that you come out on top Keith! You and your sons are in my prayers. If you are able, please give updates about how you are doing. Sincerely yours, Ann ([email protected])
