Neil is from Rochester, NY. He and his family are in Madison WI awaiting the call for a kidney-pancreas transplant. After being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes he developed kidney failure at the age of 25. As he waits he is staying at a transplant house and receiving dialysis in the Madison area. Help Neil to cover the costs of uninsured medical expenses such as room and board, travel, and prescription medications. Family and friends of Neil Eldridge are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
