The Plaintiff Fund

We help injured plaintiffs raise medical funds through tax-deductible donations from their community without jeopardizing eligibility for needs-based programs.

Our campaigns are powered by Help Hope Live, a national 501(c)(3) charity with a 40-year track record and more than $190 million raised for over 20,000 families.

Each plaintiff we serve receives:

• A $5,000 starter grant to jumpstart recovery when it matters most

• 1-on-1 support to launch and manage a fundraising campaign

• 1-on-1 coordination to help identify trusted medical vendors and service providers nationwide

• A dedicated platform that attracts larger, tax-deductible gifts

• Protection from the benefit-loss risks of crowdfunding platforms

We partner with personal injury law firms, settlement planners, care managers, and nonprofits to ensure plaintiffs get the care they need ethically, securely, and with dignity.
