Christine has spent her life helping others breathe a little easier.
As an elementary school teacher, she is the person who ties shoelaces, wipes away tears, celebrates small victories, and makes every child feel safe and seen. Her classroom has always been a place of patience, warmth, and encouragement—a place where young lives learn to grow.
Now, Christine is fighting for the chance to keep breathing herself.
Christine needs a double lung transplant, a life-saving procedure that offers hope—but also comes with overwhelming medical and financial challenges. Due to the severity of her illness, she is currently unable to work, focusing all her strength on surviving and preparing for a transplant.
While insurance helps cover a portion of medical care, many essential costs are not fully covered. This fundraiser exists to help bridge that gap so Christine can focus on healing, not bills.
