Last year, my daughter, Tianna Brown (22) was diagnosed with Pulmonary Hypertension. There is no cure for this disease. Her doctors are now testing her for a life-saving lung transplant.
Tianna is the dedicated mother of my grandson Anthony, a terrific daughter and good friend to many. Sadly, Tianna is no longer able to work, dance, coach young girls and do many things we all take for granted. She is on oxygen 24 hours a day and is barely able to walk. Tianna needs the help and support of the community.
Not only is a transplant life-saving, it is also very expensive. Even with insurance, there are many expenses that are not covered and must be paid out of pocket. Some of these are co-pays, deductibles and lab fees. In addition, Tianna will be on a life-time of very expensive anti-rejection medications. This is where your help is desperately needed.
A fundraising campaign in Tianna’s honor has been established with HelpHOPELive, a trusted nonprofit organization that has been providing community-based fundraising guidance to patients and their families for more than 30 years. All donations are tax-deductible, are held by HelpHOPELive in the Great Lakes Lung Transplant Fund, and are administered by HelpHOPELive for transplant-related expenses only. Please consider a contribution.

Together we can make Tianna’s future bright. We thank you in advance for your prayers, support and generosity and kindness.

As of today, Tianna has finished her testing round one. She's in good spirits. Since she's too old for Make a Wish Foundation, she wants to meet Kyrie, LeBron, Kevin and Tristan. She loves basketball, she played in school! Help her meet the Cavs players.
Tianna is a 22 year old who has been diagnosed with Pulmonary Artery Hypertension (PAH). She needs a double lung transplant. As of today 02/16/2015 she has blood clots on both lungs. Cleveland clinic has been great on providing us with great information on every test that has been performed. Its has been a very emotional process for her and our family. We are asking for donations to help with parking, food and nonmedical expenses. If you can donate $1 would be a great help to our family. I am disabled and have a hard time paying for parking etc... Tianna also has a two year old named Anthony he is the apple of his moms eye. Thank you in advance for all your help.
