At this point, Emma’s doctors at Mass General have told us that her only chance of survival and long term health is a double lung transplant. Emma needs the help of her family and friends to make this happen.
Transplants are life-saving, but also very expensive. Even with insurance, there will be many out-of-pocket expenses, including travel to and from Mass General, copays for hospital stays, and the costly anti-rejection medication copays Emma will have to take for the rest of her life.
To help offset such expenses, a fundraising campaign in Emma’s honor has been established with HelpHOPELive. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Donate Now button.
For more information, please contact HelpHOPELive at 800.642.8399.
Your support is critical to the overall success of Emma’s fight. Please know that you contribution counts. On behalf of Emma and her family, we thank you in advance for your kind consideration.
Gratefully,
Lisa Zurawicki, Emma’s mom
