In 2021, I was assaulted. It left me with a below-knee amputation, along with other significant injuries. Since then, I’ve been working to get my mobility and independence back.

I’m raising money for a recumbent trike so I can get out, exercise, and get around on my own terms again. I’ll be honest: I don’t know the first thing about trikes yet. Cycle-Con is the rare place where I can test-ride trike after trike, ask a lot of questions, and learn what fits before I buy. If you can’t give right now, sharing this page helps just as much.

Cycle-Con exists to open cycling up to more people, including riders who need something other than a conventional bike. That mission hits close to home for me. I don’t just want a trike. I want to be part of this community, to learn and grow alongside the people in it.

A huge thank-you to Cycle-Con for building a place where riders like me can find what works, and to every volunteer, vendor, and rider who makes it happen.
