Hello friends,

I was born with Wilson-Mikity Syndrome and Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, which is a rare chronic lung disease that affects premature babies. I am an extremely rare case, living with this disease as an adult. I have always had trouble breathing and doing activities. The older I get, the worse my lungs got. Just in the last 5 years, everyday activities have become extremely hard to impossible. Because of this, my doctor sent me for testing, and we discovered that not only are my lungs failing, but I need a double lung transplant.

This has not been an easy road. There is no cure for my disease. The only option is the transplant journey; so, I am coming to you today asking for your help, in literally any capacity you are able to offer it. The nonprofit organization Help, Hope, Live is helping me set up a fundraising page to help us cover what is not covered by insurance. Donations are tax-deductible, and the sole purpose for these funds will be to cover my surgery costs.
