My name is Alissa. At the age of seventeen I suffered a traumatic spinal cord injury due to an approx. forty-foot fall in the summer of 2023. I am now eighteen years old. My injury level is C4 complete, meaning I am paralyzed and have no sensation from the shoulders down.

Yet, there is still hope for me to recover. I was consulted with VeritaNeuro’s medical team. Their clinic can offer me a treatment that can help me overcome my injury and have my life back. The procedure includes implanting two epidural electrode stimulating devices along my spine, combined with the injection of stem cells. This treatment can help regain motor function in both my upper and lower limbs, including the ability to walk again.
