Annette Williams

Hello My name is Annette Williams and I have been diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis.

I’ve been on 24/7 oxygen since 2024, now presently I will need a lung transplant. I’m now enrolled in Northwestern hospital downtown Chicago and I am reaching out for support for medical expenses related to my transplant. Co-pays, medications, caregiver, travel, all things that are not fully covered by insurance.

My family and friends of Annette Williams are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a transplant.

I chose to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.
