Anthony Glasco

Anthony is a 43 year old father of three girls, the youngest only being 12 years old. He lived an active life until he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in 2020. He’s been managing his health with medication and diet changes , but in February 2026 Anthony was admitted to ICU in critical condition. In March 2026 an Impella heart pump was put in to assist with Anthony’s heart failure. He is approved to receive a heart transplant and is now waiting for a donor heart to become available.

An avid chef, Anthony loves to cook for family and friends. Anthony is always cheerful, helpful and has a great sense of humor. He has been a bright light in our lives and everyone he’s known.

Since his heart failure diagnosis, Anthony has been in and out of the hospital so he’s missing out on the things he loves such as visiting with his daughter’s, cooking and spending time with family and friends. He struggles to sleep, so he spends most days tired. He also retains a lot of fluid which makes it hard to walk and leaves him short of breath.

Anthony is fundraising for medication cost which could easily run 2,500-5,000 monthly, medical bills, co-pays, equipment and relocating to be closer to his transplant team. Anthony hopes his heart transplant will allow him to get back to a normal life. He looks forward to resuming his career as a chef.
