Hello everyone, my name is Brandi and I am about to do one of the hardest things I had to do, and that is to ask my community for help.

Over the past several years, I have been on a journey of navigating the ups, downs, and challenges of Lyme Disease and co-infections. That has been a crazy road and I have made great progress in many ways.

Unfortunately, the damage caused by Lyme disease and co-infections to my immune system and liver has led to another battle. I have been diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer.

Due to those issues, traditional treatments are not a safe path for me. Surgery carries a high risk of infection, which my body would not be able to fight off, and testing has shown that my cancer is highly resistant to most chemotherapy treatments.

I have actually been in this fight for 2 years now. We have been able to control it rather well up to this point, but now, according to my latest PET scan, the tumor has grown and it is imperative that I move forward with something more aggressive to treat this ASAP.

My medical team has come up with a specialized treatment plan that they specifically designed for my body and believe could be the answer and path to my healing. Unfortunately, health insurance does not cover these treatments and therapies.

They plan on hitting this hard for 4 months. I will need to be in the clinic 5 days a week for 6-8 hours each day. As you can imagine, me and my family are facing catastrophic out-of-pocket costs.
