Family and friends of Brooklyn Franklin are raising funds through the nonprofit Help Hope Live to assist with uninsured medical expenses. We chose Help Hope Live because donations are tax-deductible and will be used exclusively for medical and related medical needs.

💛 Why We’re Fundraising

Our daughter Brooklyn is a bright, loving, and resilient child who faces daily challenges due to severe ADHD, anxiety, and sensory processing issues. These struggles affect her confidence, independence, and ability to navigate everyday situations that many children her age move through with ease.

After extensive research and guidance, we’ve learned that a Service Animal (SA) can make a life-changing difference for children like Brooklyn.

An SA can help her:

• Regulate overwhelming emotions

• Reduce anxiety in stressful environments

• Improve focus and daily functioning

• Build confidence and independence

• Feel safe, grounded, and supported

Unfortunately, insurance does not cover the cost of obtaining or training a Service Animal which ranges anywhere from $15,000-40,000 — which is why we’re reaching out for help.

We are partnering with Dog’s Downtown in Chantilly, VA a professional organization specializing in Emotional, Companion and Service dog training.
