Family and friends of David Graham are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a transplant. David has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.

David Graham, a 65-year-old devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and son, is currently facing one of the greatest challenges of his life. He is urgently in need of a liver transplant and is now on the transplant list, waiting for the life-saving gift of a donor.

David has built a beautiful life centered around love, family, and service to others. He has been happily married to his wife, Patty, for over 40 years, a partnership grounded in strength, loyalty, and unwavering support. Over the past year, Patty has stood by his side as his primary source of comfort and care through this emotional and difficult journey.

As a father, David has been nothing short of extraordinary. He raised his three sons, McKinley, Tyler, who is dearly missed, and Connor, with love, guidance, and a deep sense of selflessness. Today, his sons carry forward his values as men devoted to their own families, a reflection of the incredible father he has always been.

David’s joy recently grew even deeper with the birth of his first grandchild, his granddaughter Adeline, on March 12, 2026. Meeting her was a moment he cherished beyond words, a reminder of all the beautiful milestones still ahead that he is fighting to experience.

He is also a beloved brother to John, Rodney, and Tammy, and a cherished son to his mother, Opal. His family, along with countless friends and community members whose lives he has touched over the years, are rallying around him with love and support.

David has always been someone who gives selflessly to others. Whether coaching youth sports, supporting friends, or simply sharing his humor and kindness, he has left a lasting impact on so many lives. Now it is our turn to give back to him.

As David waits for a transplant, the financial burden of surgery and the lifelong medications that follow continues to grow. We are leaning on faith, family, and community during this time, and we humbly ask for your support.
