Hi, my name is Deitrick Randolph, I am currently 16 years old. I have Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and I am asking for your help to purchase a Wheelchair Accessibility Van.

My mother had to stop working in 2015 to become a stay-at-home mother/caregiver. My mother drives a 2007 Ford truck, that she has had for 15 years, which is unreliable. So, we use public transportation for doctor appointments. I have four appointments within a week where we travel to Augusta and Atlanta. We have had several incidents where we didn’t have any transportation to go to the appointments. We would appreciate anything that you can give. May God bless your heart to give what you can.
