Douglas S Larker

Douglas is experiencing total kidney failure due to a chronic high blood pressure and is in urgent need of a kidney transplant. Though a donor, his youngest son, has already volunteered- it will not be possible to carry on with the procedure until more funding is secured. Donations will be used towards rent and other expenses while Doug and Andrew are unable to work during their recovery, as well as to support his other son, Cory, who will need to act as a full time caretaker.

Doug is currently undergoing dialysis three times a week to maintain his health while saving for the procedure. Any amount at all is greatly appreciated as well as kind words or prayers.

Family and friends of Douglas Larker are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a transplant. Douglas has chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because donations are tax deductible for contributors and will only be used to cover medical and related expenses.
