Hello my name is Ernest Mund due to having high blood pressure most of my life I have developed end stage renal kidney failure for the past 2+ years. I currently have dialysis treatments 3 days a week. This has impacted my life and my families lives dramatically. Since this disease I have been taken out of work. My ultimate goal is to be a transplant recipient and get my life back on track, get back to work and back to the things I was once able to do which I no longer can, due to lack of energy. Any donations are greatly appreciated. I am starting with a goal of $1500 as a requirement to be considered for the transplant list. These donations will go directly to uninsured expenses and costs. There will be many trips made to Grand Rapids Mi for tests and evaluations both before and after transplant surgery.
