I am 38 years old and dying, I’m currently in the evaluation phase of the transplant process. They will be presenting my case to the board 12/12 to determine if I am a viable recipient which currently looks to be the case.

After achieving sobriety I was still left with the damage done to my body.Primarily the liver which I’ve come to find out the hard way is a very important organ. From around February of this year I have been going to the hospital weekly to deal with complications from liver failure. This fund would allow me to help pay for medical expenses not covered under insurance, post care, COBRA insurance payment (going up to $980 a month), and to chip away at the new deductible for the year.

If the worst happens and I die then it also covers disposal of my body (ain’t no one got money for a plus sized coffin in this economy).

It is fully tax deductible and allows me to take money without it counting as income so my benefits are not affected.
