Fun-Loving, Loyal Sibling, Awesome Son

In early May 2019, Alan suffered a heart attack that was initially un-diagnosed for twelve hours. He had thrown a clot and this began his journey to and through heart failure, LVAD, and transplant.

Alan is a fun-loving and adventurous young man, loyal to his siblings and family, and just an awesome person. He has so much to live for. Donations will help he and his caregivers with relocation expenses, out-of-pocket medication costs, and living expenses. For those who don’t know, relocation means on-site “residency”at Mayo Clinic during recovery and rehabilitation after surgery. This expense isn’t covered for LVAD, and could easily reach $8,000-$10,000. He’ll also need specialized clothing for the LVAD equipment.

Family and friends of Alan Clark are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
