After living with diabetes since childhood, Alex’s kidneys have failed and he now needs a transplant. This campaign is to help Alex cover expenses for necessary procedures that will allow him to be listed for a kidney transplant.

Alex has been an active, involved, positive force in his community & is not one to let his health challenges stop him. Alex has always been a frequent volunteer & activist in his community to help others less fortunate. After doing so much work for the community for so many years, Alex sadly needs our help.

Donations made to Alex’s campaign will help to cover pre-transplant expenses, oral surgery, co-pays & deductibles, cost of home health care post-transplant & rehabilitation.
