After having a slip and fall incident in November of 2005, I had a sprained left arm, hand, and shoulder. Along with a right busted up knee and ankle. Which was then accompanied by swelling in my neck. It took many visits to find out I am diagnosed with a rare chronic neurological chronic pain disease named RSD (Reflex Sympathy Dystrophy) also known as CRPS (Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome).
RSD affects the nerves, muscles, skin, and bones. It sends messages to the brain that the body is in pain constantly. My body has been taken over by this rare chronic pain disorder. It has left my body in practically total dysfunction. My days are filled with such horrific pain everywhere due to atrophy, nerve damage and so much more complications. Due to all this, I am in a wheelchair that was designed specifically for my needs. We average going to the doctor twice a week and are in need of a wheelchair accessible vehicle.This is the reason we are asking for your help by a donation which goes directly into an account that can help me reach this goal of a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Followed by any other needs that are medically necessary as my limitations continue to develop.

My plan is to put videos online with advice and education for understanding of what RSD CRPS is. Hopefully I can help at least one person, maybe even a thousand people, to live a happy life and have some understanding of this rare horrific disease.

We are also in need of volunteers to help with fundraising.
