Hello friends and family!

My name is AMADOU L BARRY. I am from West Africa, but I live in the United States.

In March 2017, I was diagnosed with kidney failure. I have been placed on a treatment plan due to my kidney failure. This treatment consists of me having dialysis three days a week. Each session lasts for four hours.

The situation in which I am in is very unfortunate. But I am so grateful and thankful to be in a great country that has provided excellent care and granted me so much support. I know if I were in any other country I would not have made it this far. I am beyond grateful for that.

I am in the process of being placed on the transplant list. I know that if I am selected, I will make a full recovery and I will be given the opportunity to be with my family and friends again. In order for me to be placed on the waiting list as ACTIVE, I will need help raising $10,000.00. This will help me cover part of my medical expenses after my surgery.
