Dear Family & Friends,

Amy was recently diagnosed with Acute Liver Failure. She needs a liver transplant and was just listed on the National Donor Registry. This devastating news has not only affected Amy both physically & emotionally, but has left her with no income, as she is unable to work.

Amy has already been in and out of the hospital since mid-June. She will remain hospitalized until she is matched with a liver, as she is too ill to go home.

We are asking for your help. There will be out of pocket medical expenses, medications, travel & related expenses. Your gift will help Amy get back to her life after recovery without incredible debt burdening her.
