Dear Friends, Family and Community,

I am writing to you today for ask for your help. As some of you know, I am in end stage renal failure and am dependent on dialysis to stay alive. My doctors at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida have told me that I need a life-saving kidney transplant.

I am a father to three children and have many friends. I am no longer able to work and do many things I have always been able to do. Once I am in good health, I look forward to returning to work and becoming an active member of the community again.

As you can imagine, a transplant is very expensive. Even with insurance there are many expenses that must be paid out of pocket. Some of these are co-pays, deductibles, lab fees, travel to and from the transplant center and I will be on a life-time of anti-rejection medications. This is where your help is desperately needed.
