Avonlea Miller

Many would describe Avonlea as sweet, fragile and petite, but also a fighter with a lot of spunk! She loves horses, swimming, and generally anything social. Avonlea is confined to a wheelchair most of the time but does get to use a walker to get around school and her home. She is bright eyed and excited to share in a conversation with most everyone. Even with insurance, Avonlea has numerous uninsured medical expenses related to improving her quality of life.

To help with this financial burden, a fundraising campaign in Avonlea’s honor has been established with HelpHOPELive, a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for 30 years.
