Bert Garbutt

As many of you know, Bert suffered a stroke on November 7, 2015. After two weeks in the ICU at Paoli Hospital, Bert went to Bryn Mawr Rehab for rigorous physical, speech and occupational therapy.

Bert’s condition requires significant care, so he resides at Chester Valley Rehabilitation in Malvern. We are coordinating therapies – physical, speech and occupational – and ask for your help toward this and other rehabilitation costs.

To help with the financial burden of Bert’s uninsured expenses, a fundraising campaign has been established with Help Hope Live, a trusted nonprofit. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law, are held by Help Hope Live in the Mid-Atlantic Catastrophic Illness Fund, and are administered for illness-related expenses only.
