Family and friends of Beth Nutter are raising money to pay for uninsured medical expenses associated with her lung transplant. Beth lives in Parkersburg, WV and is being treated at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Beth has chosen to fundraise with HelpHOPELive in part because HelpHOPELive provides both tax-deductibility and fiscal accountability to her contributors. Contributors can be sure that funds contributed will be used only to pay or reimburse medically-related expenses.

Beth has received six offers to date; unfortunately, none of these were viable offers for her. Beth and her family remain steadfast that a viable set of lungs will be offered to save her life.

Currently, Beth is hospitalized and a new machine was added to her therapy to aid in expelling the carbon dioxide from her system. While she has had to be on the machine full-time, when she is released from this hospital stay she will only have to use the machine when she is sleeping at night.

Thoughts and prayers to those families who have lost or will lose loved ones so that others may have a second chance at life.

Beth sends a personal thank you to each and everyone that has donated to her fund thus far. She is very grateful for every single donation.
