I am in great need of your help.

I have been dealing with kidney failure for a long while. My family and I are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to help fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.

Even though I have this disease, I don’t let it keep me down. My loving family and friends have been a great support system and my disease has not stopped me from achieving my goals.

The time has come for me to have the transplant and even though dialysis is a good temporary fix, it is not a long term solution.

Your donation will help with hospital expenses and medication and much more.
