Hello, my name is Carlos Perry and Iam asking for your help for my upcoming kidney transplant. I was in a near fatal accident in 2012 which left me with a cerebral hematoma, congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and now kidney failure in both of my kidneys. Now I need a liefe-saving kidney transplant.

I am now a candidate for a kidney transplant at WAKE FOREST and with my faith in God I will not give up. I have strong faith that God will send some help for me to get my kidney transplant. I’m asking to all who are willing and able to help me with this life-changing process.

For many years I have not been able to play with my children, exercise and have good values of life with his kidney failure. I will be able to be the man that God wants me to be and has set out for me to be STRONG and WELL and with help from you I will be able to obtain all of this.

I thank you for your time and your patience I thank you for your help because I know that God will provide. I’m asking for your help. I’ve tried everything, stayed up countless nights looking for grants, asking family and friends even asking complete strangers if they know of any grants or anything to help me with one of the MOST IMPORTANT SURGERIES IN MY LIFE. THIS IS A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION FOR ME. We’ve taught my son James Crawford how to pray and to keep the faith. Thanks in advance for all of your help.
