Help me breathe!

Hello I desperately need your help. You see I have Pulmonary Fibrosis, a lung disease that has no cure. This disease has caused my lungs to become scarred and stiff to the point that my doctor said my lungs look like dried raisins.

Two years ago I was put on oxygen due to my restrictive lung function and now I am in need of a lung transplant to survive. I’m asking Family and Friends to join me in Fundraising to help with critical expenses I will face immediately after surgery.

Many expenses are, surprisingly, not covered by some insurance such as the cost of lodging. I will be required to stay in the city near the transplant clinic for up to 3 months. After the transplant, then the anti-rejection medication I will be on for life I’m told to anticipate upwards of $5,000 per month.

Donations to HELP HOPE LIVE, a non-profit organization, can help ease the financial burden of the transplant and allow me to focus on a healthy recovery and long life ahead of me.

I’m excited about the transplant and for the chance to be a part of my granddaughters lives. Camarie is 3 years and Brynlie is 8 months and I’m so thankful to have the opportunity to watch them grow, to watch them go to the first day of school, and to be able to attend all the school plays. I hope to be with them for a long time.
