Help CJ Gain Independence Back!

Aug. 16, 2023 Our lives as we knew them changed forever! Cj a 31 year old, father of three and an amazing fiancé lost his ability to move 75 to 80 percent of his body. After many visits and some odd doctors later Cj was flown to the university hospital without any use of his body from nipple line down and later lost use in his hands also. Cj went into emergency surgery and we were informed that he had mssa osteomyelitis. After surgery no movement was improved and we are unsure at this time if he will gain it back. He has now been diagnosed with a level C6 complete spinal cord injury. We are 3 hospitals and nearly a month post surgery and unfortunately are finding the financial burden is much more than we can bear at the moment.
The last thing we ever wanted to do was ask for help but at this point it’s the only option we have. We are now facing so many uncovered injury related costs. Any and all funds will be going to support our medical expenses and related needs. We hope that using these funds for medical expenses will allow us to save so that we’ll be able to start a small business to give Cj any and all independence back that we can.
