Celeste Medina-Sanchez

Celeste is an 18 year old in kidney failure and is receiving dialysis 3 times a week while waiting on a kidney transplant. Prior to her diagnosis, she was living life as a healthy teenager. Shortly after her 16th birthday she fainted in the shower. She was rushed to the emergency room and ultimately diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease. This was completely unexpected, and she and her family had no warning that their lives were about to change. Celeste was started on dialysis immediately. Celeste’s family and her faith have been her support system over her last 2 years of treatment, and her medical needs often interfere with her parents employment and income.

Unfortunately, Celeste and her family do not have the financial resources to support her post-transplant. She needs this help in order to get a life-saving kidney transplant. The funds raised through Help, Hope, Live will help with medical expenses related to post-transplant medical needs and can help save Celeste’s life.

Family and friends of Celeste Medina-Sanchez are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with Catastrophic Illness.
