Cruz Lopez Campos

Hi! I would like to introduce myself. My name is Cruz Lopez Campos. I am 66 years old and I have end stage kidney disease. I have been doing dialysis for two years. In these two years I have worked hard to be a good candidate for a transplant with the help of Davita and Advent Health Transplant Institute and your support, I wish to accomplish a transplant. Family and friends of Cruz Lopez Campos are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with a Transplant.
