Air Force Veteran Needs Your Help

I’m TSGT (Retired) Cynthia Y. Jones and I have been diagnosed with a critical heart disease. I am in need of a heart transplant.

I am a retired Air Force Veteran who has spent several years in the education profession as well as volunteering for community service projects.

All donations will be used for the payment of mounting medical expenses. Although I have health insurance, many of the transplant expenses are not covered, such as travel and lodging, as well as meals for extended stays.

Donations to Help Hope Live can ease the financial burden and allow me to concentrate all of my efforts on recovery.
