Our son, Dakota, desperately needs your help.

Dakota was born with a rare metabolic disease called Cystinosis. His disease has attached his kidneys, and he is now in kidney failure. We are asking family and friends to join in helping us in our fight.

Despite his critical illness that makes him exhausted throughout the day, he loves to learn and make people laugh! Everyone he meets, it’s his goal to put a smile on their face. He wants to be Chief of Police when he grows up!

Donations will help with temporary living for up to 30 days after transplant because he has to stay close to the hospital and we live 3 hours way. Donations will also help with things not covered by insurance, and transportation. Your donation will help us with the financial burden of transplant and allow him to recover without our family worrying about if we can afford it or not.

Family and friends of Dakota Roe are raising money for the nonprofit Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
