Hello, my name is Dana Giannini and I have been dealing with Multiple Sclerosis since the early 2000’s.
It started with numbness in my hands and feet and then the issues would travel sporadically to hinder my eyesight in several different ways. It took approximately ten years to come to fruition. Right around the time I was diagnosed, my legs started to become weaker and weaker until endurance became a luxury of the past. Before losing my ability to walk, I lead a very active life, which included vigorous exercise, trips to the beach and I traveled to London, San Juan, Aruba, Florida, Hawaii and I even took a Baja Riviera cruise, I actually jumped out of a plane when I was still able!

This disease has taken a lot from me and most importantly, my ability to walk, The last time that I walked freely or with a walker dates back to 2015. If you haven’t already guessed it, I would love nothing more than to walk again. An opportunity has presented itself to me, the opportunity is Project Walk. Now, I am a very determined person, as determined as they come, but this program costs money and lots of it’ Any and all contributions will help in getting me to my goal and this will be deeply cherished.
