Hey again
It’s been a good 8 years. Daniel is still smiling, but that doesn’t surprise his family and friends because that is just who he is. His wife Elizabeth is amazingly strong and has been throughout all of this.

When it comes to home repairs, Elizabeth is the one who has to replace electrical light sockets, has sanded down her kitchen cabinets, painted the walls, unplugs the drains and all of this while caring for Daniel and their growing son Evan’s needs. Don’t get me wrong, Daniel is very much a part of all the repairs, he guides Elizabeth, with his gentle voice instructions as she pulls electrical wires out of the walls. sometimes he has to be able to calmly cheer her on as she attempts to kill spiders that are sometimes bigger than she.

Daniel does not like to ask anyone for help, don’t we all? It has come to a place that on SSI it sometimes is not an actuality to do everything by yourself, but sometimes it really does take village to raise a child.
