Hello to all of you that have found this page!!!! I’m open to the ability to connect with the world 🙂 I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2019. I started feeling really strange around 2017 and I finally received a diagnosis in 2019. Since 2017, life has gotten harder to survive with cost of living on the rise and locating the medical treatments necessary to just live with a little bit of ease.

Multiple sclerosis is treatable, but incurable and disruptive to living a normal life. The immune system eats away at the protective covering of nerves which disrupts communication between the brain and the body. This life long condition has sparked immediate needs and desires to help me live as normal of a life as I can. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation, medical treatments, and accessibility devices. The average treatments for MS have become unimaginably expensive and I want to live as comfortably as possible as my days go on.

The interruption of communication signals causes unpredictable symptoms such as numbness, tingling, mood changes, memory problems, pain, fatigue, blindness and/or paralysis. Everyone’s experience with MS is different and these losses may be temporary or long lasting. Treatments can help, but there is no cure.

With every little bit of help, I can get the treatments, transportation to doctors, and live as normal as I possibly can during my MS journey. I will keep contributors updated during my ever-evolving journey in the days to come and want to thank you all for getting this far with me.
