As most of you know DJ is in the hospital in liver and kidney failure. He was in desperate need of a transplant which he received 8/29/2020. We need to ask you as family and friends if you could possibly see it in your heart to give any amount to help with this cause.

Most of you know DJ as a funny, positive guy. He has been beaten down but he is a FIGHTER! This transplant will help DJ get back to the vibrant young man we all know and love.

Any donations will be used for things only related to his medical condition which include medical bills that INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER and transportation, lodging, & essentials during and after his transplant. It will all go toward his cause.

I know things now are tough but if you could please help just a little we will be forever greatful! this transplant is saving DJs life, it is his last shot. If you cannot give we understantd and we thank you for your time.
